Indigenous People's Day in Maine

Today is a great day to learn more about the people who thrived on this beautiful land long before those of us today. And those people who continue to struggle for fair representation.

And it's time to be sure we are acknowledging the treaties Maine inherited from Massachusetts when Maine became a state on its own. Question 6 on the ballot will restore the language that requires Maine to honor those treaties.

REMEMBER in NOVEMBER to vote YES on Question 6.
